What Kind Of Team Building Exercises Do We Do?

Your team will be taken through a series of team building activities by our enthusiastic and positive Leadership Mentors. The team building activities are separate adventure scenarios that enable all members of the team to use their mental and physical agility, communication skills, situational awareness and problem solving skills.

Friendly and experienced mentors.

After each team building exercise the mentors will run an informal debrief identifying and discussing the strengths of the team as well as possible areas in which they could work together more effectively.

If you want more detailed feedback about specific learning and performance objectives, more detailed reporting and feedback can be provided.

The Patrick Rose Team Challenge has been developed in close consultation with Brett Warner, a retired Special Forces officer with over 20 years of experience. Brett has extensive experience in facilitating team building exercises and activities for corporate clients, small businesses, schools and sports teams. He has hand-picked the leadership mentors to ensure that your team building experience is high quality, excellent value and most importantly a fun and positive experience for everyone who participates.
