The ROLE Challenge

Our one day field exercise, the Real-time Operational Leadership Experience, is an exclusive leadership development day. In a pristine bush setting participants are taken through a series of challenging outdoors adventure scenarios designed to test and develop their leadership qualities. The ROLE Challenge has been designed in consultation with, and led by, Brett Warner – a retired Special Forces officer with over 20 years experience. This is a one-of-a-kind day that gives valuable insight to your company’s current and future leaders. Find out more on the ROLE Challenge page or contact us for more information.
